Chicago Vision Group knew US transition to ICD-10 was coming, but didn't have a strategy in place to switch their practices current billing and coding practices. I came in with the 365 team to first identify the codes that would be most beneficial to their practice. We had weekly training sessions with their staff for six and created quick reference guides for the practice. Change can be difficult, but with great strategies in place, it doesn't have to be.
